Truly hope you enjoy and are inspired by this week’s episode with Pier.
In this chapter, Pier tells us about growing up in Trinidad & Tabago, moving to London as a teenager, and getting through turbulent times living there with her mother there. She’s been able to work in South Korea, Czech Republic, and Malaysia over the past nine years, and talks about how she’s maintained relationships in her work country and her two home countries. She shares with us the gifts that her grandma gave her, and how South Korea gave her the gift of herself. We get a little geeky about food and Pier tells us how she’s debunked the myth that traveling can inhibit finding a romantic partner.
Pier is looking to be kept, and if not that, you can connect with her on Instagram and Facebook. She’s open to chatting about how she’s been able to teach abroad, and welcomes questions after you’ve Googled a bit. She also likes talking about all the things spiritual, and if you’re feeling gifty, she would love to take a quantum course.
