Chapter 33-Roshida of Shida’s on the Loose

Truly hope you enjoy and are inspired by this week’s episode with Roshida.

In this chapter, Roshida talks about being an immigrant, and how travel has always been apart of her life. She gets into how she navigates being respectful in various cultures, and how the stars aligned so she could take a gap year, which has changed her lifestyle entirely. As a lawyer, Roshida shares how she spent 10 years seeing how things could go wrong in corporate, and since it was a job that was out of her character, when she got laid off, she saw it as a gift. She also talks about her relationship with yoga over the years, being dog mom and having to give up her dog, and how she came to invent the color yellow.

Catch Roshida on her website Shida’s on the Loose. And while you’re there, you can sign up for her newsletter. She’s also on Instagram.
